Are the items new or used?

Most pallets contain customer returns, overstock, or surplus items. Condition may vary (new, like new, or used), and we provide a manifest upon request for transparency.

Do you ship across Europe?

Yes! We ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order.

Can I see a pallet before buying?

At the moment, we are not allowing warehouse visits and are operating on a shipping-only basis. If this works for you, we’ll be happy to proceed. Otherwise, you may wait until we start accepting visitors. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (SEPA) and other secure business payment options. Full payment is required before pickup or shipment.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, the minimum order is 1 pallet. Discounts may apply for bulk purchases.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of liquidation sales, all sales are final. We do our best to be transparent about pallet conditions, but we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
